12. Where are Flebo ingredients sourced?
Whilst we develop and formulate our products in the U.K not all ingredients can be found here. Our Raw materials can be sourced in the UK and across the world, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards. We are continually updating our source of ingredients to find the best, highest quality ingredients.
13. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days through Evri. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
14. What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund on unopened and undamaged products that are suitable for resale, within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@flebo.co.uk. You will be required to cover the return postage costs. Once we inspect the returned product and confirm it is unopened and in resellable condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
15. What if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at help@flebo.co.uk. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it. If the order has already been dispatched, our refund policy will apply.
