4a. General Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, nutritional information, and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free at all times.

Where we identify an error in product information after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You will have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or information, or to cancel for a full refund.

They are not medicines, are not licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Our products are intended to supplement a normal, varied, and balanced diet. They are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or prescribed medication.

4c. Nutritional and Health Claims

Any nutritional or health claims made in connection with our products are made in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 as retained in UK law, and are limited to claims authorised on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register. We do not make unauthorised medicinal claims. All advertising and marketing claims comply, to the best of our knowledge, with the CAP Code as enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

5. Third-Party Claims

5a. Halal Certification

We represent that our products are Halal-certified based on certifications provided to us by our manufacturing and supply chain partners. We carry out reasonable due diligence to verify these certifications at the time of formulation and manufacture. However, we are not the certifying body and cannot independently guarantee the continued validity of third-party certifications beyond the point of our reasonable verification.

5b. Vegan Claims

Where products are described as vegan-friendly, this is based on ingredient information and declarations provided by our suppliers and manufacturing partners. We carry out reasonable checks to verify vegan status at the time of formulation.

5c. Non-GMO Claims

Where products are described as Non-GMO, this is based on supplier declarations and our reasonable verification of sourcing standards. We do not independently test every batch for GMO status unless otherwise stated.

5d. GMP and Quality Standards

Our products are manufactured in facilities that operate under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and in compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003. Third-party testing is carried out for purity and safety. Certificates of analysis are available on request.

5e. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Certifications

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flebo Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse reaction arising from reliance on third-party certifications (including Halal, vegan, or Non-GMO status) where we have carried out reasonable verification and the inaccuracy or failure originates with a third-party supplier, manufacturer, or certifying body. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. We will notify you of any such error and offer you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We do not apply surcharges for any particular method of payment. This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2012.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and free delivery thresholds are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

6b. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is declined, suspected to be fraudulent, or where we cannot verify the billing information provided.
