Our Promise

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Flebo. That is why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. This goes above and beyond what UK law requires of us. Nothing in this policy takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Your Legal Rights

By law, when you buy online you have a 14-day “cooling off” period — this means you can change your mind and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. You then have a further 14 days to physically send it back to us.

However, there is an important legal exception that applies to us: under Regulation 28(3)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, food supplements and health products with a hygiene seal do not have to be accepted back once that seal has been broken. In plain English — once you open a supplement, we are not legally required to take it back.

We have chosen to go beyond this. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee means you can still return opened products if you are not satisfied, subject to the fair conditions set out below.

Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are always entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement — whether it is opened or not. That right is never affected by this policy.

2. The Two Types of Return

Type 1 — Satisfaction Guarantee (for opened products)

Not happy after trying it? No problem. You can return an opened product within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you — as long as you meet the conditions below.

Real-life example: You buy a single pack of our Kids Multivitamin Gummies. You open it, give it a try for a couple of weeks, and decide it is not for you. Simply contact us, return the product, and once we receive it we will process your refund.

The conditions (to keep this fair for everyone):

  • Only one opened product per order qualifies — you cannot return multiple opened products from the same order under this guarantee
  • Only one claim per customer or household — this guarantee is designed for customers genuinely trying a product for the first time, not for repeat use
  • The product must not be empty or more than half used — if a product is mostly finished, it will not be eligible unless it is faulty
  • You may be asked to send us a photo of the product before we approve the return
  • The product must be sent back to us before the refund is issued — we do not refund before receiving the return
  • This applies to your first purchase of each product — if you have bought and claimed on the same product before, a second claim will not be accepted

Type 2 — Standard Return (for unopened products)

Changed your mind before even opening it? No problem at all. You can return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery as long as it is:

  • Completely unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging with the hygiene seal fully intact
  • In a condition that could be resold
  • Returned with proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
